Demanding
Not quite as powerful as the next step up, but the vocal clarity is good and it blends well with my rears, fronts and bass musically, which aint no easy thing, I've been through a few centers to get satisfied. I'd like a little more satisfaction but? For price/value exc. more is going to cost you more and you may not even get it then, center is a difficult proposition if your demanding.

very usable
This is 3x's as large as the E3, for just enjoying music on a laptop the E3 is preferable, unless you have a high resistance phone, will do my Sennheiser 600 resistance phone but barely, but low and mid resistance phones sound great. For gamers E5 is the best choice. Giving E5 to grandson for his gaming, I much prefer the E3 for my uses.

Feint hearted
1 of 1 found this helpful Didn't work on Mac Pro tower. So, moving it to Windows, but have already been frustrated with finding drivers for gaming sound card, so hopefully. Be sure and install drivers, and let windows deal with the updates. Trying to download driver off Asus site is not for the feint hearted, or disinterested.
