Fall asleep and stay asleep!
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the 1st melatonin that I have taken that has not only helped me fall asleep, but keeps me asleep. 5mg is too much for me, I cut them in half. I get such a good night's sleep, I no longer nap during the day! Thus product has been a blessing for me!
