Grado SR325e Headband Headphones - Black

Love the Grado SR325e's-- best bang for the buck
Great sound at a reasonable price. I think the Grado SR325E offers about the best sound quality for the money that you can find. I started with the entry level SR60 and jumped to the SR325E and was blown away by the increase in sound quality. Ultimately I purchased a more expensive pair of headphones, the RS1E's, which I also really like. But, in terms of bang for the buck, the SR325e's are really terrific. You need to keep in mind that these are open back headphones, though. So, they are best suited for personal listening in a private space. Sound leaks out (which is part of the design), so your coworkers won't like you playing them, unless they are a good distance away.

great album; bad recording
as the title says, great album, bad recording. i have the original pressing and it sounds way better than the 180 g repress. It wasn't worth sending back for the price, but it's going to the back of the closet. Too bad because it's a great album.

Terrific in-wall speaker wire
This speaker wire excels at in-wall installations, keeping wires out of sight and still maintains really good sound. Yes, there are better wires and connectors out there, but if you want a long run of wire and you don't want to see it, this does a great job at a reasonable price. I like the older stuff, which is getting harder to find, but it's still less than 1/3 the cost of the new Monster in-wall wire.
