Solves An "Issue"
No more "issues" with mismatched trailer hitch/ball heights or trailers not reasonably level with this item. Especially behind any 4x4 or "heavy duty" p/u truck.
My only "beef" with Reese is; Why only one pin in the kit? You need two to make this hitch work. One for the receiver and one for the adjustment point, but there's only one pin in the box.

A Good Start Book
Would have liked to have seen more break downs of the individual trains, and larger pictures of the train make-ups. Text was a bit thin, giving a hint of information, but leaving you wanting/needing more. Also was a bit disjointed, jumping from one subject area to another.
Still, a decent reference and will see some use by me.
You need a "mid-range" for the three questions... Recommend it? = Probably,Good Value? = Sort of, Content Compelling? = To some extent.

It's a camera for your front door...
Pricey if bought at retail, but if you search you can find bargains. Easy to install and works as advertised. Simple enough.
