need redesigning

i am throwing both i bought , right in the trash they dont work I bought one at home depot and its more thinker plasic, and it works. This is so thin, the tube is totally way too long that it doesnt suction, i use them all the time for a morning bottom clean on 2 ponds, This did not even suck up water to make the hose soild. I feel it needs to be redesigned. This hose need to be way shorter so it has a chace to create suction. I wasnt able to shorten it but i tried and it still didnt work, dirty pond water got on my cartet. Not good. Lokks way betterthan it works.

These Mr heater brands are quality you can trust. I loved the 30,000 btu radiant natural gas that I actually bought another one for an emergency due to the extreme winter coldness at times. It saves my house heater from constantly running .my first heater I had all last winter n it’s still working 100% fine.one of the best things I bought for the house as well as winter usage and if ever an electric outage they still work because they are electric start. Battery clicker starter.one double a battery that actually lost all winter plus.either natural gas or propane it’s Mr heater brand for me.
