BBQ Pork ribs with Sriracha Sauce
Slow cook Pork Ribs (approx 4 lbs) in a slow cooker for 8-9 hrs with only 1 can of coke and 6 tbs of Sriracha sauce, on LOW. Take them out of slow cooker then broil in oven 3 min per side with a BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's "Original")
You will be the "Chef Hero" for the year. Flavor riddled that will have you making them every weekend. Soooo, very easy too.

To the limit
Excellent writer. Written about the same unit I was in a little less than a 6 months before I was there. Some of the people he spoke of I knew, what a walk back in time. When I was done reading, (after disturbing my wife with laughter while she was reading her books, in bed before we sleep) she said she needed to read to see what was so funny. As I don't talk much of my time I flew in Nam, every other page was, "Did you guys really do that?" Then lots of questions....., answer, "Yea, now let me read my new book honey", then would come more laughter, more questions......... "This seems unsureal." answer, "Honey, yes, believe it or not, it is true, and you wonder why I don't talk about it, people would think I'm lying" Many times my photo album would come out and I'd show her pictures of some of the firebases, as she read about our missions types.
If you'd like to know what Viet Nam Aviation missions were like, this is the very finest depiction of what could be told. Yes, there is more that can't be told, but if you pay attention, you can read between the lines and figure some things out yourself. No disappointments here, BUY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT.
