Great value, with limited life.

The pot and lid mechanism seem to be very well made. They are stylish, and there is a good suite of accessories. This kit is definitely good value. The one item which seems flimsy, and likely to wear out quickly, to malfunction, is the lid seal. The kit includes a spare seal, but there seems to be no way of obtaining another one, after the second one fails. This is a limit on the life of the product, though only time will tell how long this limit is. The pressure valve on my unit's lid also will not release and come off for cleaning, in the removal position. This has not yet caused a problem, but I can only hope that no bits of food will get stuck inside it, because I won't be able to clean it out.
