Must have if you work in Ed or it's;s Government day to day use
Wow: I can't believe Im writing a Legal Opinion! I can now tell Mom that I am writing about Education Law! (I need an English Useage text for old folks too_) even if I didn't pass the Bar! This Text is definately worth any price if you are involved in Education Law as educators and there charges will benefit from this book as well. My brother graduated from Kings College ie. Columbia where the author also was a Grad. This text lays out in understandable language a complex and difficult presentment of technical and basic Legal frame-works in this world of complex and relevant topics. The legal cases are written so that the lay-person can grasp. The author knew his stuff when he wrote it. Thanks Steve
