4 of 4 found this helpful I was anxious to put it immediately to use but found it to couldn't function properly. Both jets were clogged with traces of rust. Fortunately, I had a similar experience with a smaller one recently. I had to remove the jets, clean with a wire tool (not included) and lubricate. Found my 15" KARCHER surface cleaner to be more effective.
