Very strong and a bit unexpected scent i.e. rotten banana... too intensely sweet than calming (what but little goes a long way

Did not help
Bought it for relaxation and to assist sleep, but did the opposite: tightness in the head that resulted in headache
and muscle ache in neck and shoulder all night, therefore groggy next day. Surprised by its effect as it seemed just innocent vitamins and minerals, but it did not work or do any good at all. Disappointing :(

Excellent CD
this excellent CD also comes in Spanish. 16 mo child enjoys hearing in both English and Spanish (not simultaneously but separately) though Spanish is new to him.
