I do honor returns...all you have to do is request a return, I will send you a label and you may return it, for any reason. Then when I receive it back, I will send you a refund. The only item I cannot offer returns on is the batch auction items. I try to ship in gift boxes, unless item is too large, as the jewelry travels secure in them and then I pack them well.
