nice little tool.
this is as good as any I have seen in the brick and mortar stores and works as well. new product and shipped quick. I would do business with them again

tired of all the hassle
When I decided to by the Baofeng radios, I had taken a year to study radios in general and these were supposed to be a good choice. I like the quality to price ratio, the looks and the feel; but good grief why are they such a pain to program! I tried to download from the internet and that was a disaster, so I tried to do a CHIRP program and got the same results. Next I bought a CD/cord kit and had no better luck. I don't trust to just open up my computer system to possibly being hacked or having spy ware installed when downloading off of some sight that Micro soft and Mac says beware of, so that may be the problem. I don't understand why they just don't send a complete and verified disc out that is crappy thing and doesn't require your going to a third or fourth party site to get updates or downloads to finish enabling the process of programming the radios?
At this point I am now looking for a shop that will program my radios. I have a new computer and a couple of older computers and none of them seem to like the program. I even had my program savvy step son check it out and he had the same results, so, now what? Radio shop here I come. And if they want too much I guess I"ll have four radios touse as targets.

Very pleased.
I was a little hesitant about this purchase at first. But, once it arrived and I began using it I quickly became a happy camper. The shovel is well built and has a numerous well thought of and planned features. The step is nicely placed and the t-Handle is comfortable to use, I also liked the length since I am a tall person, over six eight. The serrated blade, the shape of the shovel, and the sharpened point/edge are extremely handy and make use very easy. I really think the shovel was well worth the price, I went think of another shovel I looked at that seemed to be any better price or as good of quality. I really enjoy using this shovel not only four gardening, but for metal detecting and any other use I can think of. I will recommend this to everyone I know. And I will be buying another just like it in the future.
