EZ To Use & Clean + Well Designed
This is our 2nd DeLonghi Rotofryer....received the 1st as a gift which we use (A LOT) especially for entertaining in a specific area of our home & although simple enough to move/carry-----When The Oil Is Cold Of Course-----we decided to purchase this for our kitchen. With the filter system in the closing lid it really doesn't allow for that deep frying odor to escape & make your home (and guests) "stink". Draining the oil couldn't be easier and the non stick interior surface makes cleaning it a simple task. HIGHLY RECOMMEND *****
