Knock off product
24 of 31 found this helpful First off, y'all mailed the product and somehow it got shipped back to you without my knowledge or consent. Then you sent it back and it's missing the inner tube. Riddle me this, how on earth am I supposed to make use of this product if the inner tube is ghost. I'm really baffled on how not a single soul on your team was able to identify this problem before placing it out for shipment, for the 2nd time!? Y'all need to set your priorities straight and best believe I will personally be mailing the cologne back. I better get refunded .. it's too bad I can't upload any pictures
