Best remedy
This works better than the most expensive cream in the store. Stinky but not horrible. Lasts long time.

Best for vehicle
Works great, don't need both hands to handle it, no loaded springs to bend. Bought one for all my rigs

Too quiet, unusable
Junk. The wireless transmission is too quiet, if I put the loop around my head right by the ears I can barely hear it. If it's around my neck it's completely gone.
