Skink vs Stone
A cracking starter set featuring two Warbands that’re both fresh takes on some classic background archetypes. Includes some neat scenery- that is enhanced by adding it to the terrain from the other Gnarlwood Warcry boxed sets. In the box are all the Fighter cards and counters one might expect, but the book, ‘Stealth & Stone’ is the star of the papery treasures within. Lots of background for each Warband helps carve a place for each in the ever expanding lore of the Age of Sigmar.

If you’re looking for some fast moving death from above, these are the twisted cyborg bat-like killers for you! The outlandish, macabre Mechanicus approach to solving any problem with drastic body modification is unmistakably evident here, and that makes for some dynamic and characterful miniatures. Like anything mounted on a flight stand, extra care needs to be taken. That aside, the biggest problem you might encounter with this kit is which armament to equip them with.
