AIRCOM T9, Quiet Cooling Fan System 17" for Receivers, Amps, DVR, AV Components
    Feb 28, 2017
    Works excellent
I seldom write reviews, but I wanted comment on this product. I'm amazed at how well it works at keeping my receiver cool. My Denon receiver got hot quick and would shut down within minutes of playing music at a very high volume. I didn't have much hope because I had tried a dual fan system that made no difference whatsoever. I believe this system works so well because it covers the whole top of the receiver and forces the air to be drawn in from the sides where it flows over the internal components and then out the top. The dual fan system likely got most of its air from the areas around it on the top where it never flowed over anything that was getting hot. I haven't looked at the instructions yet, I just plugged it in and set the temp that I wanted the fans to kick on. They kicked on when the temperature got to that point, then back off once cooled down. I can finally enjoy my loud music without the whole system shutting down in the middle of a song. -Derek
