  My package arrived earlier than expected despite the busy Christmas season at the post office. It arrived in it's original box safe and sound! I had thought it was an undecorated model, but it was a painted one. My eyesight is not what it once was and I guess I misread the listing. My error. This was my fault, though, and does NOT reflect up on the seller! A-1 e Bay merchant and he gets five stars in all categories. Thank you.

  I was cautious about buying used electronics, but the meter arrived in excellent condition and works perfectly. I sent the seller an email asking about the power cord and the user manual. The seller replied very quickly, letting me know the power cord was not part of the sale and was so described in the listing. He was correct!. He also sent me a link to the user manual online, which is greatly appreciated. If I need more equipment, I will gladly buy from this seller.
