Great for ME/CFS
1 of 1 found this helpful I have had ME/CFS for more than a decade. Inosine is one of those rare items that help me cope. I pulse the intake. That is . . I take 1 capsule 3 times a day for five days, then I take 2 capsules 3 times a day for five days, then for the next five days I don´t take the inosine - I give it a rest. This way the effect does not fade. The ME/CFS specialist Dr. Paul Cheney has recommended to take it this way. Another ME/CFS specialist, Dr. Kenny de Meirleir says normal inosine like the Swanson one is just as potent as Immunovir (it is made of Inosine - but hyped up to be different or special in some way). The effect builts up and sometimes it is highest in the days I rest the intake. So I can time the peak to happen when there is stressful and energy draining events in my life. Heartily recommended for fellow sufferers. Not everyone with ME/CFS has this effect but it you don´t - look carefully into extremes free low carb lifestyle. (abt. 50 g low GI carbs a day). In my experience this boosts the Inosine effectiveness. Also LDN and Konynenburg´s Methylation protocol is something to look into ;-)
