poor quality product

Poor quality product. The metal mesh is dented when it arrived. How could they ship it out seeing the obvious cosmetic flaw. I was ok with the cosmetic imperfection if it work properly. But the van got worst gas mileage than before. Did not bother to return it cause don't want to pay the return postage. Will give 0 star if they let me.
