Good in a Pinch
Inexpensive, shoddily made, merely okay. They work passably all right when standing absolutely still, but don't move them around, don't use them on stage, keep them away from drums, and above all, don't trust an expensive condenser mic with these. Don't say you haven't been warned.
If you have a big show to do and are short some mic stands for your 57 and 58 collection, get a bunch of these, and after the show, just leave them.

Don't Bother With the Cheap Knock-offs
Get the real thing. It's a great capo design from Dunlop, and it's only a few bucks more than the cheaply made imitations, which frankly don't work. Life is too short for living with a bad capo, so stay happy and get one of the best out there. 5 stars, two thumbs up, three Michelin tires, and a partridge in a pear tree.
