Very thin plastic broke quickly but still works
1 of 1 found this helpful Since there is a sort of chrome looking metal version of this out there that is almost identical so I thought this would be black painted metal but was disappointed to discover it is very lightweight brittle plastic. After a couple weeks of use, the plastic housing around the metal loop broke and so the loop can't attach anymore. It still works but I'm sure if I dropped it on concrete the whole thing would shatter. I have since ordered (and received) the metal version which feels much sturdier and less likely to break and I actually got it cheaper. The internal parts are the same.

1 of 1 found this helpful It is a little difficult to get on exactly where you want it but there's a couple youtube vids out there that helped a lot...couldn't imagine trying to get it on without having watched those because it comes with no instructions...really if you don't watch one of those vids I can't imagine getting it on, and if you have to use soap and water you are definitely doing it wrong.
It has helped improve the grip on my break cue for sure so that's what matters, but I do think it seems a tap on the pricey side for just a little tubular piece of silicon. 4 out of 5 stars.

Works great, don't understand the neg reviews
5 of 5 found this helpful I saw only two reviews for this, neither were very good and I don't get it. I bought it anyway because it was clear from the pics that this was a superior bombilla to the others I saw for sale in the same price range. This isn't just a spring but also has a screen so there's no way you're gonna be sucking up any leaf and it didn't clog on me at all so I dunno what the others were doing wrong. Very happy that I went with this one.
