Still experimenting with this stuff
I have tendinitis in the area on my left wrist in a straight line beneath my thumb .. kind of down the side of my wrist. I've tried a couple different compression style gloves in addition to a topical anti-inflammatory cream, neither of which seem to work as well as this tape. The trick is applying it correctly. There are a ton of YouTube videos that explain how to apply this type of tape (not necessarily this brand) on various parts of the body for a wide variety of issues. However, it's not just slapped on. The tape stretches in one direction and not in the other, if you apply it correctly, a segment of tape will be anchored on either end and the center of the length of tape should be stretched about 80% (anchor a small length, stretch, anchor a small length at the other end). Then a cross piece is applied in a similar way, with less stretch on the center segment. When done right, it will lift the skin and bring blood to the area. It lasts for four to six days; however, as the long piece starts around the base of my thumb, I'm constantly having to snip off pieces that have curled up .. even after rubbing the tape all around in an effort to get the most adhesive action. I'll sometimes wear a compression glove, without wrapping the band at the wrist tightly, just to keep the tape down. As annoying as that part of it is, I've had a whole lot less pain when I wear the tape than with either the compression glove or the topical anti-inflammatory. So .. I'll likely keep it up until I'm no longer feeling twinges, or until I use up the roll. I might be inclined to try the stuff again for a problem on a different place on my body .. if I can find the right YouTube video to explain how it works on whatever spot it is I need it for. :-)

Not a common or local hardware store item!
I don't know if the cabinets in our kitchen came with "extra" shelving supports or not (we've been here now for 15 years and have never found a stash), but more than once we've had to steal one from one place to shore up a shelf elsewhere. It was like Christmas getting 20 of them all in one fell swoop! We had a crash in a large, lower corner shelving unit .. the kind of storage that includes a variety of both light and heavy bowls, bits and pieces used with a food processor, bread forms, a small food chopper, Nesting Pyrex oven-to-fridge pieces with lids, muffin tins, etc. It got heavy. We had to store some stuff elsewhere until the supports arrived, but we added more than twice the supports than the number of broken ones we found .. and still have plenty left for any future crises. Probably one of my last opportunities to enjoy this discontinued scent
This scent arrived on the scene in 2014, and has already been discontinued - story of my life. My 92 year old mom and I love this fragrance, and finding it in the 3.7 oz eau de toilette, except for a $250 freakin' dollar bottle someone out here is price gouging the hell out of, has been impossible. I love body lotions in my favorite scents because the scent tends to be absorbed better by your clothing when you wear it that way. I'm not one for scented body scrubs and perfumed body washes, but I've used this one a few times together with the body lotion. My personal choice would have been one large tube of body lotion, or a pump bottle .. I settled for this travel set because it looked like the only way I was going to squeeze out a bit more joy in this scent. I love it, but these little tubes will never be enough. I was delighted to find them though .. and they arrived quickly and in good condition. I cannot recommend them, however. This has nothing to do with this vendor, but with my greedy appetite for a favored item. If there are more, I want 'em! ; )
