Great music from great musicians.
I was at this concert in Dallas in 2019 and thought it was a fantastic weekend of music. To see the highlights captured on this DVD brings back memories. I have only watched 1 disc so far, but am loving it. My only wish would be that there was some footage of the outdoor stage included. It was much more intimate and hosted some excellent musicians.

The Best!
Penny Dreadful is the most engaging series I have ever seen. The characters are developed well throughout the story and the acting is superb, as is the plot and the special effects. If you are a fan of historical horror, a la Frankenstein, Dracula and the like, with a twist, then this series is for you!

The Proposition
1 of 1 found this helpful This is one of those movies that drew me right into it. From the first scene to the very last credit I was "involved". It is a very well written, superbly acted, beautifully filmed (in such a harsh environment), and wonderfully directed piece of art. The main characters are gritty with a violent edge, which is an honest reflection of life in that time and place, the Australian Outback in the 1800's. Yet they are sensitive with a strong sense of morality and justice, often acted out Prairie Style. The music, the cinematography and the whispered lines of poetry only add to the spiritual feel throughout the piece. This film does contain a fair bit of violence and swearing, so I wouldn't recommend it for younger audiences. Again, I loved this movie and if you want to watch a truly great film that stays with you afterward, then rent this one.
