Deceiving quality
This product is beautiful and the glass is good quality, however; the pump sticks in the down position after you press it which is really quite annoying. It didn't cost enough to bother spending $5 in postage and more money in gas and precious time in the post office line to send it back so I'm guess I'm out $18!

Disappointed
I have another Sure Bonder mini that I like well enough so I thought I would try this one for the "fine tip." The tip does not expel a finer amount of glue than the regular Sure Bonder I already have. Also, I have to squeeze the trigger twice in order to make any glue come out. I use glue guns on a daily basis for my business so this slow process is aggravating. I put it in my drawer for a backup if I ever desperately need one. Maybe this particular gun has a problem and another one would not, but I don't want to pay shipping to send it back because that would cost me half of what the gun costs. The quality of the gun itself seems good, it just doesn't work well.
