  The PCB was as described and works as it should. It was in good condition upon arrival. However it seems a bit risky to ship tis type of item in a padded envelope rather than a small box when shipping internationally. The item was priced fairly so that it makes sense to by the replacement PCB rather than buying a new Throttle. It appears as it does in the photos.

  Thanks for the positive feedback. In terms of packaging; we've shipped hundreds of Warthog PCB's in similar packaging in padded envelopes, most internationally and never had an issue, and will continue to do so. TY

Robert was very responsive and agreed it could be the relay control board and invited me to send it in. He diagnosed and repaired it within 24 hours of receiving it, and shipped it back promptly and very protectively packaged. He was very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

  Excellent service from competent engineer, exactly as advertised. Circuit breaker taped off, board extraction procedure can be done by one person, only a screwdriver needed for panel removals, board wiring unplugs. Emailed instructions are valuable ,read first and follow closely to save time. Use an egg carton to keep track of screws #s from each location. Seller responds promptly to queries when needed. Use Canada Post Small Flat Rate box, but also print "to & from" in larger letters on box.

  Wow. I am very impressed by this seller of circuit board repair services. Excellent communication, prompt repair (he repaired and shipped it back to me on the same day he received it from me), and quality work. This oven relay board is no longer available, so repairing it was my only alternative to buying a whole new oven for $3000. I cannot recommend this man's service highly enough. A+++ Oven working like new.
