A classic little radio
1 of 1 found this helpful An oldie but a genuine goodie. Great little AM-FM radio headset lets you digitally store 5 AM & 10 FM stations. I've been using one of these for many (about 20) years and it finally acquired so many problems I had to find another one. I was pleased to find one just like it and it works perfectly like my old one used to. Strong reception even in weak areas plus it has a local or distance switch to help the reception. Excellent stereo FM sound with Mega Bass. Lightweight with a unique plastic strap to keep it from falling off your head when you bend over. Made by Sony which automatically puts it among the best. I believe this particular model, SRF-HM33 is the best one Sony has ever made. The only caveat is to be careful not to drop it in a puddle of water while you're washing your car. That's what finished my old one off. It still worked but the display went blank.

Perfect fix for my Weather station
Perfect replacement for the old one which had quit working. Once I figured out how to get the display to recognize the new one, it worked great!

Another good idea from Sony
3 of 3 found this helpful This is a great little Walkman radio. Very small, lightweight, belt clip, really great reception. I use this primarily in conjunction with a headphone that allows hearing in a very noisy environment because I attend Miami Dolphin football games and they are broadcast on AM radio. This little radio has such great reception and sound it actually brings in the game broadcast better than the AM-FM radio built into the headphones. Extremely economical to use since it only takes one AAA radio battery and usually just one battery lasts pretty much the entire season since I only use it for home games (10). I just put the radio in my shirt or pants pocket, connect it to the headphones with a short cord and listen to the whole game. In addition the FM side brings in incredible sounding stereo music. The price even included a headset that I can use when I'm not at the game and the whole thing was in great condition. Great deal, great little radio.
