Some people prefer a wider ruler but this one is just right for me if you have limited space as I do this is a better alternative.

Possibly the best seam ripper on the market
It is a great value you get 5 extra blades so it will last a long time. Extra blades are also available to buy it can last for many years. It is lightweight an easy to use sharp but if used correctly won't cut fabric (unless you want it to for button holes works great) or you. There are several videos on youtube demonstrating proper use, I love this ripper if your looking for one I highly recommend Havel's Ultra Pro Seam Ripper with 5 Blades.
