Helped me lose weight and lower A1c.
I have used this product for about 2 years. It helped my go from 331 pounds to 265 pounds and lower my A1c from 6.9 to 5.7 in about 11/2 years. Now I use it to maintain my weight and A1C.

Fire falls off
It make the job easier but the machine shreds the tobacco with the auger and the fire or cherry falls of on every cigarette. I would not recommend this product because of this danger.
