Be careful when selecting model
Be careful when selecting the model required for your needs. I expected this to have a 2 wire start set of contacts and some sort of controller. Wrong!!! I had to install a couple of timing relays and change the transfer relay from 12 VDC to 240 VAC. The Eaton Green model is what I really needed. Be careful.

Does the job
3 of 3 found this helpful It's made kind of cheap, but works alright. It's a bit of a pain turning it on and off. You also have to take it apart after every use in case water has leaked into the unit during use. It is handy to remove debris from our hot tub, and it does a decent job at it. Be prepared to put a few bucks out for (5) D-cell batteries.

Wouldn't Buy Again
1 of 1 found this helpful It does work to a point. Hard to adjust pressure setting without tools. Only has a 15 PSI gauge that might not be enough pressure for some folks. Get one of these from Amazon and make your own..Control Devices CR Series Brass Pressure Relief Valve, 0-100 psi Adjustable Pressure Range, 1/4" Male NPT.
