Misleading description
2 of 2 found this helpful The title of this item was "Alabama Crimson Tide Shot Glass." Upon receipt I was disappointed to learn that it is actually made of plastic. This should have been noted in the title or at the very least in a description of the item.

Description is Wrong
1 of 2 found this helpful This product is advertised as having an on/off/bypass valve. This is not true. The valve is only an on/off. This means you have to shut the water off to the whole house in order to change the cartridge. When I complained to the supplier they told me they incorporate the same description as that provided by the manufacturer. Obviously this is not true, the manufacturer has not updated/provided the proper information, or the manufacturer doesn't know how their own product works.
