Onkyo tx nr 6100

I had this home theater system professionally installed and every time is is turned off and back on again, the receiver says to reset it. It will not retain the settings. The installer tried all his skills to correct this issue to no success. He told me that this receiver is faulty and needs to be replaced with another unit. I would like instructions on the return procedure. Please call me for additional details:
