Excellent for the elderly, and anyone with sight or hearing problems.
Coming in at under £60, this dual handset landline telephone represents very good value for money when compared with other similar products. It is excellent for elderly people and those with sight and/or hearing difficulties. The handsets are lightweight and easy to hold, even through longer conversations, the buttons are large and easy to read, as are the buttons on the answering machine, and the system allows for volumes to be increased for the internal speakers in the handset, the hands-free amplifier speaker and the ringtones.The handset screens are also large and clear and the information displayed is easy to read. It is easy to customise various aspects of performance so as to suit the user's own individual needs and requirements. Dialling and making calls is also easy and simple. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who has sight or hearing difficulties, or those with conditions such as arthritis. I bought this for my mother who is 95 years old, she unfortunately has all the above conditions but she can use it without any problems at all. A very worthwhile purchase!

Great quality for the price
1 of 2 found this helpful My first impression when I took the speakers out of the box was just how light they are. They weigh very little and I was immediately concerned that this might be reflected in a tinny sound with little bass oomph. I needn't have worried! The sound is comparable to what you might experience from bigger, heavier speakers, even when watching TV shows or movies. There is no tone or bass/treble control, but you can adjust the levels on your PC settings if necessary.
Connection couldn't be easier, just plug in the jackplug to your PC's speaker outlet and the USB plug into an available port and off you go!
One thing I did find a little strange was that the volume control (on the front of one of the speakers) doesn't have any effect if you're listening through headphones; you need to use the volume control on the PC settings, or the video player software, or the phones themselves. But once you've got that set up to your liking, there's little need to keep adjusting it. My headphones are wireless (infrared) and I also discovered, by accident, that when using my headphones I don't actually have to have the speakers switched on in order to hear the soundtrack or music which is playing, thus saving power.
You can if you want pay a lot more for a real high-end pair of speakers, but for good quality at a very affordable price, you can't go far wrong with these.

Expands my MP3 player's stored memory
It's a MIcro SD Card, it does what it says, it stores memory ... in my case, music files by which I can expand my MP3 player,s stored memory.
