Lovely story and kids probably won't see the dodgy costumes/effects.
I liked this when I was a kid and wanted to see it again. I have to say, while it is enjoyable, I found myself cringing a bit at the dodgy costumes and special effects. Typical BBC low budget of the time like Doctor Who. You don't notice all that as a kid and my 8 year old was the same, despite having been exposed to todays amazing CGI etc. she just got engrossed in the story. The sound is a bit flat as well (not the DVDs fault).
Great not to have to wait a week for the next episode.

Perfectly good twin cable.
Well, it's perfectly good wire and looks exactly like in the photo. Fine for small car speakers or door bell or low voltage power supply (which is what I used it for). 3 stars because that says' it was OK' (which it was, as I expected) and 4 stars says BETTER than expected which it wasn't.

Exact replacement.
Identical to the tired one I replaced on my hybrid Giant. Works perfectly. Very good price.
