Refurbished but with severe cosmetic damage. Insides working, so far so good.
11 of 14 found this helpful Received our refurbished macbook quickly and well packaged. My teen kid was bummmed after immediately noticing the cosmetic damage. We have used it for several hours now and it is working fine so far. Since the edges are bent from the damaged case I could not make an after market protector plastic snap into place. Some keys are showing sign of wear and its black paint is chipped on some keys noticeable mainly when back lit. This macbook apparently went through a lot before getting refurbished. This is my kid's first notebook and after initially being bummed at seeing it he is happy now to have it.
