An excellent product on the high end
I paid more because the Petzl brand is reliably proven, but several others such as Fusion are Cheaper and equally good quality.

Delicious any way you have them
I prefer mine steamed and dipped in butter. Also throw them in a Clam sauce for extra meaty experience, Delicious!!!!
