Red markings on foot for easy pivots!
I purchased the Distinctive open-toe walking foot to replace the closed-toe walking foot that came with my Janome Memory Craft 6300P sewing machine (low-shank). I am in the process of machine quilting a quilt top using Borders Made Easy paper templates for a double cable pattern. With having to sew six separate lines of stitches to make the cable pattern, I really needed to see the pivot points and with this open-toe foot I have had no problems whatsoever. And the red markings on the foot make it super easy to "travel" to the next area to be quilted when cross-hatching. My only word of advise to others is to check the pressure foot screw from time to time as it does come loose when I am pushing and pulling my 70" x 90" quilt top through the throat plate area of my sewing machine so I can "travel" to the next area to be quilted (I do not use a screwdriver when attaching my pressure feet - with arthritis in my hands I fear I will never get them off to change them). I have been using this walking foot for several months now and absolutely love it. I would recommend it to anyone who loves to quilt as much as I do! The "u" shaped arm that attaches to the needle arm is another great feature - you never have to worry about the arm getting stuck in the up position and your stitches getting messed up! Yes, it is double the price of the Janome walking foot, but in my opinion, it is worth EVERY penny - my quilting stitches have never looked so good!

Extra Blade Length Is A Plus!
1 of 1 found this helpful I use my bread machine every few days. I also have a special wooden gadget with guides to make slicing the bread into equal slices easier than slicing the bread freehand. I purchased this knife because of its 10 inch blade length - the length required by my bread slicing gadget. The knife is well made and sharp enough to cut through the crust of fresh French bread with ease. I would highly recommend this knife to anyone that bakes fresh bread.

Suitable for Addi Swing Crochet Hook Storage!
I purchased this case to store my Addi Swing crochet hooks in. As the handles are curved, these hooks needed a case that has elastic straps to hold the hooks in place. Simply slide the crochet hooks in sideways and they nestle very nicely together. I am now able to safely store all 13 of my Addi Swing crochet hooks. The mess pockets are another great feature for storing scissors, row counters, stitch markers, etc. The case arrived in record time as well. So worth the money!
