Defective, broken parts, nasty

Coffee residue left near the needle, broken piece, makes weird sound when starting and brewing. I have another Keurig Elite of the same model (that I bought brand new) and it doesn't make any of these strange noises. This is not "refurbished." This is simply very used and in very poor condition.
