Good stuff in here

I am always interested in how to eat healthier-food is a hobby of mine and they have put some things in there that I didn't know before. I am about half way through it--into the recipes. Some of them are not for me , but others trip my trigger.

Time to go to the gym...

I am almost as old as she is , so I was really interested to see how are workouts compare. We have a lot in common, but she has a trainer which really helps-mine moved away. I did learn a couple of new tricks from the book-and once again I know why she's my heroine !!!
