One movie would not play audio

Worked is a good word. Everything was fine for first three movies. Tried to watch the 4th and ten minutes into it a message box came up saying the movie audio was incompatible with my tv. Would only let me watch with no sound. Not a good movie with no sound. Next two movies played though. Not happy.
