Top Heavy

The problem is the bucket becomes top heavy so it keeps falling over...when that happens it switches to blower mode....I'm considering letting some concrete set up in the bottom of the bucket to weight it down..A 5 gal bucket is a huge amount of space to fill and I don't see vacuumed trash ever weighing enough to keep the bucket upright
