You Get What You Pay For
The photos on the listing make the stickers look better quality and larger than they really are. Their ultimate usefulness is not helped by the poor packing, meaning the sheets of stickers arrive dog-eared and bent, so the stickers towards the edge of the paper are already peeling away from the backing paper and losing their adhesiveness.
You'd be better buying some sticky-backed plastic, tracing your own images on to it and then cutting them out. Just as cheap and with better results!
