  Upon receiving the board, I had a Trane factory tech install it. When he tried connecting to it, it was password protected. The tech left. I then contacted the seller, who suggested I try a specific password. I didn't want to pay another $300+ dollars for an iffy password. As the seller said this had never happened before. I suggested we swap for another, unprotected board. I would pay for shipping, as he didn't accept returns. I have not heard back. after emaing him twice
