Seller, after offering a partial refund which I wasn’t interested in (I wanted a new book not a damaged one), promptly refunded the entire amount and didn’t trouble me to return the damaged book. All satisfactory solution to an unavoidable problem. (Could have packed it better and avoided the damage but, since they quickly refunded my money, I can’t complain.)
