    When it said plates, I thought that it would be bigger bottom pieces. The plates are narrow. I am looking for bigger pieces for building upon.

    Great begining cookbook.
    It has the cooking terms in the front and they are explained for the teen to learn easily. The variety of recipes are normal. Not gourmet.
