This is a well built sturdy case for a one piece bass clarinet. Anyone with a Selmer or Selmer Bundy or similar would be happy with this purchase. I use a Protec alto sax case and have been very satisfied with it. Great for travel and local use. I also purchased a Protec clarinet case that my wife gave me for Christmas.

A gem of a mislabeled movie
This movie is a favorite of community musicians. The packaging makes it look like a silly romance and from a quick look at it, there's no way of knowing that the movie is about an amateur brass band set against the background of the closing of coal pits throughout the UK. Although the message of the movie is a political outcry against the government taking away the jobs and communities of the miners, this movie is much more than its message. Pete Postlethwaite as the band's director and Stephen Tompkinson as his son, deliver moving performances as the band struggles to maintain itself amid a deteriorating situation. The music is wonderful and the comedy balances the tragic situations the musicians find themselves in. Anyone who enjoys band music will like this movie, particularly community band members.
