Can't Go Without The Nature 2
I have been using the Nature 2 system for about 15 years and really think every pool should use them. I never get algae blooms and I keep the chlorine level below 1ppm. My swimming season is about 6 months here in Florida and I replace the cartridge in late April every year. They want you to replace it every 6 months but after November I don't care about how much chlorine is in the pool because I am not in it. Once in awhile we have guest from colder climates and they will use the pool in the winter but I am not so tolerant of below 80 degree water. I recommend that about every 4 or 5 years getting the whole system and not just the replacement cartridge as the inner parts wear out.

Awesome Univeral Opener Keypad
I purchased this to use with an over 20 year old Genie opener. I have installed 3 of these previously on other houses or doors. This one was a returned product that wasn't new but wasn't used either. I know this because someone had written their codes on the instruction sheet. When I purchased it, it was called "New Other". I knew it was like new because so many people have trouble with the install and return them. Chamberlain needs to use better instructions. The trick is to not to pause between steps. While the keypad is lite up go to the next step.

Pump Control
This pump control was easy to install and adjust. My 15 year old pump had its original control of another brand and needed replacing. This seems to be the one that the pros use.
