5 of 5 found this helpful I bought this as a replacement USB dongle for my son's headphones. We followed the instructions to pair the headset to the dongle many times, but no sound is heard. The light on the headset is green, so we know the battery isn't dead. The headset beeps when it turns on, so it can produce audio. There is just no signal being sent from the dongle to the headset, even though it appears to have paired successfully and the drivers are installed properly.
