Well designed kit to automate your tilt blinds
These are really easy to install. This is the second one that we've bought. We're very happy with them.
Attaches to the blind control rod very well. They give you several spacers to adapt to different rod sizes. I had to gently use some pliers to get the adapter completely closed, but it was easy enough.
The setup was easy. The first one takes some time because you need to read through everything. But, after you've done one, the next might only take 10 minutes or so.
It's so much cheaper than replacing the blinds and works very well.
If you just want to control them using the phone, you don't need to buy anything else. If you want to add them to Alexa, Google, or some other home automation, you'll need to buy one of the SwitchBot HUBs.
This is a very nice and well-designed kit and is priced reasonably.

Easy to use
Easy to use tool for identifying circuit breakers.

Hard to find solid brass.
Solid brass is hard to find. Most are zinc. Zinc really should hold up to normal usage, but solid brass has that nice heavy feel to it.
