Highly Recommended

Excellent packaging and the lamp looks to be very high quality, the lamp fits perfectly in the original housing with no problems, installation took about 15 minutes from start to finish. The original lamp had 920 hours and the replacement Starlight is just about the same brightness, I cannot see any difference between the 2, I have always used the high lamp mode setting to get more Pop out of the picture and I would recommend this high setting with the manual iris opening set at 30 - 40 depending on your room, I have a dedicated home cinema and find the manual setting at 30 is more than bright enough. I also find the color of the lamp to be the same as the original, at least to my eyes all the colors look like they should. All in all I am very happy with this purchase but time will tell of course just how good the lamp actually is, however for the price if the lamp lasts only 1000 hours it is still a bargain over the original which costs 5 - 6 times more. So as a confirmed buyer I would recommend this cheaper replacement lamp over the more expensive original brand without a second thought.
